Many pet owners share this common struggle, seeking a grooming service that not only inspires confidence but also understands their pet's unique needs. The appointment scheduling process can be burdensome, leading to unnecessary anxiety.
Beyond grooming, pet owners also yearn for a convenient way to access the same high-quality pet care products used at the grooming facility. Additionally, they desire these products to come with clear, easy-to-follow instructions for use at home.
That's why, in this project, I aim to address this issue by creating a pet-friendly and interactive app, simplifying the lives of pet owners.

To discover user pain and joy points before and during the process of scheduling pet grooming and shopping for products through user interviews.

After engaging in interviews with 10 individuals, all of whom were pet owners, I delved into a series of in-depth conversations and inquiries. These interactions provided me with valuable insights into the genuine needs of users at that moment.
The information gathered was utilized in an affinity map, and through it, I was able to generate the results we were looking for.
Throughout the interviews, many words and expressions were repeatedly mentioned, focusing on concepts such as "timing, trust, close relation, filters, options, clear information, images, videos, visual communication, direct, simple, clear steps."

After completing the initial user flows, which offered insights into potential directions for the app, here is the final solution that has been achieved. Carefully considering all possible user interactions, the goal is to provide the best user experience by mapping out various options available to the user.

However, recognizing the perpetual quest for enhancement, our users provided valuable insights and solutions to further refine and elevate the design.
